Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) in NJ
IOP allows people to hold a job or attend school while receiving substantial clinical care — usually three sessions of three hours each, weekly.

What IOP includes
- Group therapy focused on relapse prevention and coping skills
- Weekly individual therapy
- Random urine drug screens
- MAT coordination when appropriate
